I've always had this misconceived notion that when things get tough the Lord will help me fight.  But twice this week this verse has been brought before me, through totally different people who use their online space to encourage others.  And what am I finally seeing?  The Lord fights for me, not with me.   

We all have different struggles.  Many seem to have a load that is too big, more than any woman should have to bear.  And there are so many silent battles.  Battles that seem to be fought alone.

Take heart.  He wants to fight the battle for you.  Not with you.  For you.  We are simply told to be still.
