I finally completed this winter wreath last night.
To complete this wreath I used:
Twig Wreath
Felt sheets (I used 19 for this large sized wreath)
Hot Glue Gun
Scissors
I followed the instructions on this site to create the felt rosettes. However, I only bothered to trace a circle onto my felt for the first rosette. After that I just cut different sized circles from the felt, averaging four circles per sheet of felt.
It really is not a difficult project, just time consuming. My wreath ended up needing 74 rosettes.
I'm glad I stuck with winter colors as opposed to holiday colors. This way I can leave this wreath up on my door for a couple of months. {I wish winter was only a couple of months long...}
