balloon garland.

This balloon garland was created for a little pea baby shower.  To create this garland I used:
twine
ball pump

 Here are a few tips I learned the hard way.
1. You do not want to try and blow up helium quality balloons by mouth.
2. You may think you bought standard balloons but they are really helium quality.
3. Don't pass out.  {No I didn't actually pass out, but wow, that was close.}

I used the ball pump to blow up these balloons because they were too strong to blow up 70 of them by mouth.  When I was done pumping up a balloon I tied it around the twine and moved on to the next balloon.  My 70 small sized balloons created a garland that was about 26 feet long.

Any other suggestions on what I could do with these small balloons?  The website where I ordered the balloons shows them being used as a cake topper.  Such a cute idea!
